Maintenance costs for
updating existing web pages can be included in an annual contract for
maintenance, or purchased individually as needed and may be quoted on an individual basis if desired.
Prepaid maintenance is usually only cost-effective if you plan on
having a great deal of changes during the year.
Prepaid maintenance,
prepaid packages - payments made quarterly, semi-annually, annually:
Level 1: Up to 5pgs/20 links $45 per quarter ($85
semi, $160 annual)
(Includes: site check for link accuracy,
7 text corrections &
changes, up to 7 individual picture swaps per quarter)
Level 2: Up to 10pgs/40 links $90 per quarter ($165
semi, $300 annual)
(Includes: site check for link accuracy, 15 text corrections &
changes, up to 15 individual picture swaps per quarterly)
Larger sites can be accomodated by adding to the levels
incrementally. For instance a web site with 15 pages would be equivalent
to a level 3, or one level 2 and one level 1 = $135 per quarter or ($460
per year).
